Winter is near and with the change in weather and everyone being indoors more, it can weaken our immune system leading us to more colds and possibly the flu. This season, instead of getting your regular flu shots, try out this immune boosting recipe instead.
1 Lemon (juice and pulp)
1 Tablespoon of raw unfiltered honey
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
