Since the end of February, Dr. Ho and Dr. Q have embarked on a new journey of health and wellness. Both were out of shape, overweight, energy deficient, and knew they needed to make changes. They were healthy and fit in the past, but they slacked off due to the hustle and bustle of life. This time, however, they would try out new health hacks to get quicker and better results.
