Dr. Q shows you how to make a Simple Shaking Beef salad w/ a Dipping Sauce for a quick and easy, healthy dinner.

1.5 lbs Grass fed steak (Ribeye used in video)
1 tbsp Raw unfiltered honey
1 tbsp Bragg's liquid aminos
1 tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp Minced lemongrass

Dipping Sauce:
1 tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp Pink Himalayan salt
Juice of 1 lime

Organic mixed green lettuce
Cucumber and tomato optional
